It is my soul purpose and honor to guide you to reconnect to your strengths and create a more meaningful life.
Defeat, guilt, and doubt are some symptoms that can keep us from feeling self-fulfillment, having meaningful relationships, and living authentically happy.
I draw upon my 13+ years of experience in counseling, intuitive mentoring, and three years of psychotherapy and Reiki healing practices. My expertise in creating a loving, non-judgmental space, facilitates the healing and growth towards the Best Version of You.
I offer a Holistic approach to exploring the mind, heart, soul, and body; in a lighthearted self-discovery style. I use a variety of East and West therapeutic techniques to uncover the past as a mirror to the present; providing awareness, healing, and tools to integrate improved ways of living.
I specialize in working with children and adolescents to manage adversity and transitions in a healthy way by regulating emotions, communicating feelings and needs effectively, and safely building their own identity.
I also am highly experienced in guiding parents in their own journey as parent of a special needs child; I focus on healing and empower them to parent effectively while caring for themselves, too. This work includes supporting parents advocating for children within the school setting.
“I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become”
