Are there any benefits to video evaluations?

For young children under the age of 5 years old, conducting a telehealth evaluation can have benefits by conducting the evaluation in a more familiar setting (home) compared to in an unfamiliar setting at the office. Telehealth evaluations provide an opportunity to better understand how a child behaves with familiar adults in a familiar environment.

Do you take Insurance?

No. However, if your plan allows you to work with Out-of-Network providers, then you may request a super bill from your psychologist/therapist and submit it to insurance for reimbursement. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee reimbursement eligibility, so it is recommended that you contact your insurance company for details regarding your specific benefits.

What if I cancel or miss an appointment?

If you miss a scheduled appointment and have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full-fee cost of the session.

What are our fees?

Our fees are between $2500-$6500 for psychological evaluations and $175-$275 for an individual/family therapy session. Art therapy sessions are $250 for a 90-minute session and Educational therapy is $200 per session.

What ages do you see?

We provide services to children ages 2 and up, as well as adults.
