My mission is to provide you and your family with a safe place to reflect, process, and heal in areas of your life you would like to refine.
I specialize in working with individuals, families, and couples, to improve their family system by enriching their interactions through various therapeutic techniques including cognitive, behavioral, narrative, systems, and solution focused therapy. My intention is to provide the necessary tools and resources to help others improve in areas of opportunities such as communication, coping skills, and support in order to better the overall function of their family system.
Together we can process past experiences, identify barriers preventing change, and encourage healing to help improve performance in all aspects of your life. My knowledge and skill set utilizing various therapeutic techniques will aide in your pursuit to uncovering the best version of yourself. Pour effort, love, attention, and time into your therapeutic journey and the results may surprise you. I look forward to working with you and your family.
I am experienced in working with children and families to improve maladaptive behaviors in the classroom including impulsivity, hyperactivity, peer conflict, intense dysregulation, lack of organization, and minimal focus. This work also includes supporting parents to advocate for children within the school system regarding academic and behavioral accommodations including Individual Education Plans (IEP), 504 plans, and in classroom tools. Outside of the academic environment, the work focuses on supporting parents to increase communication, positive interactions, and understanding regarding their child and theirs needs in home and community-based settings.
